Gemini LTD was established in 2001 and is a member of Commerce and Industry Chamber since 2006.
In 2006 the company was declared as the best tourism company of the year by the Commerce and Industry Chamber of Adjara.
In 2008 the company became a member of Adjara Tourism Association (ATA).
